All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹).

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • In case of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • If an order is cancelled from our end, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Sarees

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original packaging.

  • Customized, altered, or discounted sarees are non-returnable.

Perfumes

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned.

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

All returns are subject to inspection before approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Minor color variations in sarees

  • Allergic reactions from perfume usage

  • Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics partners

Customers are advised to read product descriptions carefully before purchase.
